Cherwell Canoe Club is based at Woodgreen Leisure Centre, Banbury, Oxon. We aim to provide enjoyment for novice and experienced kayakers and canoeists of all ages. Beginners can enrol on one of our structured novice courses which take place over the summer.

	Want to get out on the water? We organise trips from gentle paddles, to more extreme whitewater and surf. Destinations include the Avon, Thames weirs, white water in North Wales and Dartmoor and surf breaks in the South West.  more>>
Competitive? Try Slalom - Race against the clock on moving water, around slalom gates. We have slalom paddlers from Division 4 to Premier Division. more>>
	Team Spirited? Try Canoe Polo - The fastest growing canoeing discipline in the UK and worldwide. Polo combines paddling and ball handling skills within an exciting contact team game. We have open, youth and ladies teams that play in the UK National Leagues more>>
A 'River Bank' Paddler? Maybe you could get involved by learning some coaching skills, or lending a hand at club Barbeques, Skittles or Social Evenings.
