Cherwell Canoe Club News Updated: 16/04/08
This years club open day takes place at Grimsbury reservoir in Banbury on Saturday 3rd May. The open day is run in conjunction with Banbury Cross sailing club and provides people with the opportunity to try canoeing and/or sailing free of charge as well as finding out how to get involved with the clubs. The event runs from 11am to 4pm. Those wanting to try canoeing should bring a change of clothes and were clothing suitable for getting wet. Changing facilities and showers are available on site. Help is requested from club members to ensure that there are enough instructors and helpers to make the day run smoothly.
